The Naked Gun franchise was a spoof comedy series that is part of the legendary Canadian actor Leslie Nielsen resume, and was a smash hit in the 80s and 90s stemming from the show Police Squad. Well in true Hollywood fashion it is making a comeback but with Liam Neeson portraying his son Lt. Frank Drebin Jr. Also in the cast is Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, Danny Huston, Liza Koshy, Cody Rhodes, CCH Pounder, and Busta Rhymes. The Movie will keep the trend of the sequels and go by The Naked Gun 444¼: Law of Toughness. No plot is known yet but the film is scheduled for an August 1st release date.
It looks like the movie will pull no punches at one of the original stars of the film O.J Simpson as you will see in the final part of the teaser trailer.
