Northern Sunrise County- Christmas Gift Card Program
Nampa/Northern Sunrise County Community Services is once again organizing the Christmas Gift Card Program to help families and individuals in need during the Christmas Holidays.
If you are a resident of Northern Sunrise County or the Village of Nampa in need of a helping hand this Christmas season or know someone who needs help, visit or call your local Nampa/Northern Sunrise County Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) office to nominate others or to find out how you can benefit from their confidential Christmas Gift Card Program.
Would you like to help make Christmas brighter for those who need some extra help? If so, please visit or call your local Nampa/Northern Sunrise County Family FCSS office.

Peace River Adopt-A-Grandparent
Fill a gift bag and bring cheer to a senior who may be feeling isolated during the holiday season.
Filled bags must be returned by December 18th.

Family Pantry Program
The FRN is working to fill the gap for our community members in times of need.
The Family Pantry is where families can access basic supplies that they might be having a hard time accessing on their own.
If you or someone you know is in need of any basic baby supplies… these can be accessed during the FRN’s regular operating hours, 6 days per week.
Peace River Palliative Care Society – Light-Up a Memory
Celebrate the lives and memories of your loved ones this Christmas season with a contribution to the Peace Palliative Care Society’s annual Light Up a Memory Campaign.
For a minimum 10 dollar donation, names of loved ones will be published on the Peace Palliative Care website, Facebook and posters displayed throughout the community.
Donate online or by mail until December 31st.

Berwyn/Grimshaw Ecumenical Care Society Christmas Hampers
Applications for Christmas Hampers are now available at the Berwyn/Grimshaw Food Bank.
Please pick up and return applications in person at the location Grimshaw
—open Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am to Noon.
Application deadline is November 30th, no extensions.
Non-perishable food items and monetary donations are also being accepted.
Manning Community Christmas Hamper Program
Manning FCSS is once again collecting donations for their Community Christmas Hamper Program. For more information or to apply please contact (780) 836-2170
Fairview Food Bank Drive
The Fairview High School will distribute reusable bags throughout the town on Wednesday, November 29th between 5-8pm.
Fill up the bags with non perishable items for the Food Bank and leave on your step for the High School to pick up on Saturday, December 2nd at 10am.

High Prairie – Santa’s Little Helper Christmas Program
The Children’s Resource Council in High Prairie is now accepting sponsorship forms and donations for this year’s Adopt a Family Sponsorship charity program.
Sponsorship forms are available at www.hpdcrc.ca.
Deadline for donations is December 13th at 4pm.
Smoky River FCSS – Christmas Voucher Program
Pick-up your voucher applications at the Town of McLennan, Town of Falher, Village of Girouxville and Village of Donnelly office as well as the Smoky River FCSS office.
Deadline for applications is December 8.
If you want to donate to the program, please drop off cash donations to the Smoky River FCSS office.
