This weekend on River Country Rising Stars the headliner was Quinton Blair and his new song “Same Ole Shift.” Quinton is a Manitoban who has been dominating the Manitoba country music scene ranking in numerous awards and and even more nominations. Quinton puts in hard work in on stage and off doing some farm work with his family.
The new song is one that many working a 9 to 5 can certainly relate to and is a heartfelt anthem celebrating blue-collar life. “Same Ole Shift” is right on with his brand of a troubadour, storytelling country that carries heavy undertones of 70’s outlaw country and 90’s dancehall country flavor with fans all over North America
