This Friday is the Queens and Kings of Peace Country Music Series 1 which will feature 8 acts from across the Peace Region including the headliner being the runner up from Canadian Idol season 5 Jaydee Bixby.
I spoke with Kurt Furstenwerth who is a part of Long Story Records who is helping put on the show. Kurt is excited for the event as well as being able to showcase some of the amazing talent in the area.
The event is taking place Friday April 4th at the Fairview Community Theatre at 7pm. The tickets can only be purchased at the Community Centre with some possibly being available at the door. Kids 6 and under are FREE with adults costing only $15.
