The Corona Virus Outbreak has taken its toll on a number of events around the province, including year-end hockey tournaments and playoffs. The Northwest Junior Hockey League has cancelled the final series. The North Peace Hockey League has suspended their final series. The Alberta Junior Hockey League has cancelled the rest of the season, and the subsequent playoff series. The Peace Country Female Hockey League is one of the very few leagues who actually completed their schedule. The League however, does not participate in provincials, which were completely cancelled by Hockey Alberta. With the postponement of the NHL season, Kraft Hockeyville has postponed the revealing of the final four communities, who would be eligible for the Grand Prize.
