BCRC Taking Applications for Beef Researcher Mentorship Program

The Beef Cattle Research Council (BCRC) is now accepting applications for the Beef Researcher Mentorship Program.

As with last year, each successful applicant will be paired with two mentors, one innovative producer and one industry expert, for one year. The program starts on August 1, 2017, and will go to July 31, 2018.

BCRC says the program is open to any new researcher, whose studies are of value to a variety of areas within the beef industry, including cattle health and welfare, beef quality, food safety, genetics, feed efficiency, or forages.

The deadline to apply for the program this year is May 1, 2017. To apply, click on the link here.
