This weekend on Rising Stars the show was headlined by Grande Prairie’s Brad Sims. Brad is a veteran on the country music scene and continues to crank out great song after great song but has yet to make it big. Brad recently got engaged and his fiancé was the one to really get him to release this song. The song he headlined the show with was a long, long, long time coming as it was written 12 years ago, and that song is “Straight Whiskey.”
