They are wanting to prepare farmers and ranchers for the upcoming winter season.
Clear Hills County and the Peace Country Beef and Forage Association are hosting the “Wintering Cattle in the Peace Seminar.
It takes place on next Thursday at the Hall in Eureka River.
The event will feature information, networking, and keynotes around Predation, and nutrition in the winter months.
The theme is “Helping Farmers to Grow better, together”
Officials are saying it’s appropriate, considering a spring and summer of 2023 with drought and wildfire happening around the Northwest.
