“Voyent Alert!” set to launch in Big Lakes County

On November 30th, Big Lakes County will officially be launching their notification service “Voyent Alert!” to keep county residents informed during emergency and for day-to-day notifications. The service is completely free and anonymous, and residents can unsubscribe at anytime if they have been pre-registered.

If you are a resident in Big Lakes County and received a phone call regarding the new messaging system, you can go to: login.voyent-alert.com to log into your account. Enter the phone number you have received the message on and follow the instructions on the screen. Your “home” location pin has been placed in your hamlet. If you are a rural resident, your location is the Town of High Prairie.

If you did not receive a call on November 30th, you can register for “Voyent Alert!” by going to: register.voyent-alert.com or downloading the app on your mobile device or tablet.

If you want to unsubscribe from the messaging system you have to: log in to your account, then select the “My Profile” option from the menu selector at the top of the page and click on the “Unsubscribe” button.
