Two People Wanted In John D’or Prairie Firearms Complaint

Fort Vermilion RCMP are looking for two people wanted for a firearms complaint in John D’or Prairie last week.

Officers responded to the complaint just after 11 PM on June 29.

Witnesses reported they heard three gun shots. No injuries were reported.

As a result of the investigation, two suspects have been identified, 22 year old Nealon Laboucan of John D’or Prairie and 23 year old Nicholas Laboucan of Fort Vermilion.

Arrest warrants have been issued for both of them and police say may be armed and considered dangerous.

The two are wanted on 9 offences each, some of which include:

– Pointing a firearm
– Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
– Discharge a firearm while being wreckless
– Breach of release conditions (x5)

RCMP continue to search for both men and are looking for help from the public.
