The truck driver, who caused the deadly Humboldt Bus Crash in 2018, has been ordered deported back to India.
Jaskirat Singh Sidhu was found guilty of driving through a Stop Sign and into the path of the Broncos team bus, near Tisdale Saskatchewan.
21 year-old Connor Lukan of Slave Lake, and 42 year-old Head Coach Darcy Haugen were two of 16 people killed in the accident.
Haugen coach ed the North Peace Navigators to five NWJHL titles, and three other appearances in the League final.
