The Town of High Level will be hosting an open house on Wednesday October 17th to hear resident’s thoughts on cannabis consumption in public places. They are hoping people will come out to give their feedback on the current 5 metres prescribed distance the province has called for.
They also would like to hear opinions on the options the town is considering: to keep the current 5 metres prescribed distance, to consider expanding the distance to 30 metres or to restric cannabis consumption in all public spaces.
The event will be held in the Mirage Banquet Room at the Best Western Hotel from 7 to 9 pm.
