Agriculture and Forestry Minister, Devin Dreeshen tabled Bill 40 in the Alberta Legislature yesterday, which passed its first reading.
If the bill were passed, Dreeshen says it will reduce red tape and explains how the current system compares to the new one.
Dreeshen was on the Trending 55 Hot Seat this morning to give us an explanation of Bill 40, as well as other agriculture related topics.
