  • 41-year-old from Whitecourt died in a helicopter crash near Haig Lake, East of Manning.
    He was bucketing water to fight a fire.  It’s the third death of a firefighter this wildfire season.
  • Grande Prairie shooting incident turned out to be a pellet gun.
    Suspects fired the gun at another vehicle, which included a 12-year-old boy.
    Police chased down, deployed spikes, and arrested the suspects.
