Peace Regional RCMP responded to reports of a male pedestrian struck by a northbound vehicle north of Grimshaw on September 24, 2017.
The incident happened at around 4:30 in the morning on Highway 35; The pedestrian was then dropped off at a nearby residence shortly after.
A witness at the home awoke to a knock at the door, and observed two unknown men. The witness didn’t answer the door, but after the two unknown men departed, the witness opened the door, and found the injured man lying on the ground.
The injured man says the vehicle that struck him was a small black car.
Peace Regional RCMP say they would like the public’s assistance in locating the men who brought the injured man to the witness’ yard, and learning any further information in regards to this incident, including any information as to the driver of the black car.
