A major infrastructure project on Peace River’s West Hill has been approved by Town Council.
Council approved the development permit application for a large-scale residential, business, and restaurant centre on the West Hill.
The approved development includes one five-story residential apartment building with 84 dwelling units; a single-level parkade; and four commercial buildings with up to 17 units, including two drive-through restaurants.
A major development like this means you will see some action on the West Hill over the coming years, as we will be adjusting the intersection at Highway 2 and 76 Street to accommodate the development, plus other changes.
We’ll keep you updated as the development moves along.
