There was a minor earthquake 31 kilometres southeast of High Prairie.
That is according to Natural Resources Canada, which reported the earthquake at 8:58 this evening.
NR Canada reports on its website that there are no reports of damage so far “and none would be expected.”
However, a couple of listeners did say they felt a tremor around that time.
The local magnitude of the earthquake was reported to be 4.0.
