Conferences on the air, the land and on the water are continuing to be discussed heading into the Spring of 2023.
One gathering that is happening is the Watershed Conference taking place in Grande Prairie next week.
The Lesser Slave Watershed Council, the Athabasca watershed Council, and the Mighty Peace Watershed Alliance are co-hosting the two-day event.
Learning, exploration and discussion of water management issues, challenges and partnerships will be discussed at the event.
As well, Water quality, Biodiversity, and Wetlands and Riparian Areas will be on the agenda.
