This week, we are asking about tolls as a method to pay for new infrastructure, like what is being proposed in Mackenzie County to build a bridge to replace the aging ferry.
We want to know, do think user fees (tolls) are a good way to finance new infrastructure or should the provincial and federal governments have that responsibility?
