Northern Sunrise County Wildfire
Northern Sunrise County is issuing an evacuation alert for the Hamlet of Little Buffalo. Wildfire PWF074 is burning 3 kilometres north of the Hamlet of Little Buffalo. The situation is being carefully
monitored and if conditions do not improve an evacuation will be required. The County will be
coordinating with the Kee Tas Kee Now (KTC) Tribal Council Emergency Services during this event.
Action to take:
• If you are in the affected area, you must prepare for a possible evacuation within a one hour
notice.
• Fuel your vehicles and gather pets, important documents, medications and enough food and
water to be away from your home for at least 7 days
• No evacuation is required at this time
