The Trending 55 Newsroom asked the Mayor-elect what’s next.

Panasiuk also took the time to offer praise for his predecessor for her five years of service in the position.

The newsroom also reached Cox, who was very gracious in her defeat.

She also offered this advice for the incoming council…

The incoming council does look alot like the last one, with all five of the other incumbent Councillors reelected to their positions.

Donna Deynaka, Arlen Quartly, Debbie Rose, Michael Long and Brian Gilroy all return to council. The one new face joining council is Judy Stenhouse.
