Grande Prairie RCMP charge female with sexual assault
Grande Prairie, Alta – On Sept. 28, 2023, Grande Prairie RCMP received a report of a potential inappropriate relationship between an Educational Assistant and a youth. An investigation was conducted by the Grande Prairie RCMP resulting in a 23-year-old female, Brooke Richer, a resident of Grande Prairie, being charged with the following offences:
- Sexual assault
- Sexual exploitation
- Luring a child
Richer was taken before a Justice of the Peace and released from custody to appear in Alberta Court of Justice in Grande Prairie on Nov. 8, 2023.
