Fort Vermilion RCMP seek public assistance in locating missing male
Fort Vermilion, Alta. – Fort Vermilion RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a missing male. 42-year-old Winston Seeseequon, a resident of South Tall Cree, was last seen in the early evening of June 24, 2023, in the community of South Tall Cree. Items of Winston’s were found near the Wabasca River the same day.
A search and rescue operation has been underway since July 25, 2023, with several local and regional resources, as well as family, community members, volunteers and the Fort Vermilion and High Level RCMP.
Winston is described as:
- 5 feet 10 inches tall and 170 pounds
- Black hair and brown eyes
- He has a scar under his left eye
