Fairview RCMP proactive patrols result in arrest of 2 males
Fairview, Alta. – On Jan, 9, 2025, Fairview RCMP were conducting proactive patrols around the community when they located 2 males with warrants within a vehicle.
Friedrich Schmidt (30), a resident of Fairview, who was out on a release order, was arrested for a warrant for failing to comply with his release order conditions from Oct. 24, 2024, and was additionally charged with failing to comply with his release order conditions again.
Schmidt was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where he was remanded with a court date of Jan. 13, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River.
Tyler Ellery Horne (34), a resident of Whitelaw, Alta, who was out on a release order, was arrested for two warrants for failing to comply with his release order conditions from Oct. 18 and Sept. 25, 2024, and was additionally charged with failing to comply with his release order conditions again.
Horne was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where he was remanded with a court date of Jan. 13, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River.
