Fairview RCMP lay charges in break and enter

Fairview, Alta. – On Jan. 22, 2025, Fairview RCMP responded to a report from a community member of a of a possible break and enter to a business in the area of Township Road 823 in Fairview.

Fairview RCMP members attended and saw evidence of breaking in, so requested the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services.  Together, they were able to locate and then charge 2 individuals.

Ryan Stanley Wright (42), a resident of Fairview, was charged with break and enter.

Wright was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where he was released with a court date of Feb. 12, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Fairview.

Danielle Marie Luka (43), a resident of Drumheller, Alta., was charged with break and enter, as well as traffic safety violations including: no registration, no insurance, fail to provide drivers licence, display unauthorized licence plate on motor vehicle.

Luka was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where she was released with a court date of Feb. 12, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Fairview.

Fairview RCMP would like to update that 1 additional person was charged in the course of this investigation.

Ryan David Fraser (45), a resident of Fairview, was charged with break and enter.

Fraser was brought before a Justice of the Peace, where he was released with a court date of Feb. 12, 2025 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Fairview.
