Positive public feedback has officials at Energy Alberta happy with the future of the Peace River Nuclear Project.
The proposed project is proceeding in the consultation phase, after positive feedback was initially obtained.
A presentation was made at a recent Town Council meeting with future delegations happening.
Officials say over 350 attended March’s Open House at Weberville Hall, and nearly 300 people responded to a survey, with residents in the area having questions to ask.
More public appearances are expected regarding the project, including at River Days, later this month.
