Alberta Fire Service has updated us with the following information:
GWF0018 (Peace River bank/Cleardale) approximately 10,508 ha in size
The East side of the fire seen increased activity this afternoon, however concentrated efforts by wildland firefighters assisted by helicopters halted its further advance.
It is important to stay alert and away from the area for your safety and to allow crews to work.
Alberta Fire Service will keep us updated on the activity.
