With the growing and seeding seasons right around the corner, farmers are starting to think about the jobs, the tasks at-hand, and the hope for a successful season.
Having said that, safety is on the minds of authorities with the hope that less injuries, both mental and physical happen in 2025.
Ag. Safety week is this week in Alberta with many Agricultural services and organizations jumping on board with the promoting of safety in the field.
Ag. Safe Alberta is one organization, who works with and supports farms and ranches in becoming safer places to live, work and grow up on.
While the physical injuries do occur, the mental aspect of the farm is also taken into consideration, as authorities look for a safe Spring season.
