The MD of Peace 135 is pleased to announce the appointment of Erik Fuller as the Director of Operations for the MD of Peace. Erik brings extensive experience in construction, project management, and operations, with a strong background in infrastructure and municipal work across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories.
Erik grew up in a family-run landscaping construction business, where he developed hands-on skills in equipment operation and gained a solid foundation in both practical work and leadership. After initially pursuing a career in customer service and sales management, he returned to the family business before transitioning to the construction industry full-time. Since 2013, Erik has worked with E Construction, starting as a seasonal laborer and progressing to Base Crew Foreman in 2017. He has a wealth of experience in gravel and sub-grade work, street rehabilitation, paving, safety supervision, and budgeting.
As the Director of Operations, Erik works closely with the Public Works Foreman and Recreation Supervisor to oversee the MD of Peace Public Works and Recreation Department, and collaborate with the Agricultural Services and Water/Wastewater departments to enhance operations and service delivery.
“The staff and public works crew have a wealth of knowledge, and I am excited to collaborate with them to continue providing the highest level of service to the residents of the MD,” says Fuller.
A resident of the region for nearly ten years, Erik is enthusiastic about contributing to the community where he lives with his wife. After years of working away from home, he looks forward to focusing his efforts on improving the MD of Peace and becoming more involved in the region.
Please join us in welcoming Erik Fuller to his new role. His leadership and experience will be instrumental in the continued growth and development of the MD of Peace.
