Grande Prairie RCMP requests public assistance in locating missing youth

Grande Prairie, Alta. – Grande Prairie RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 17-year-old male, Carter Martin. Carter was last seen in the Stone Ridge area of Grande Prairie at 5:15 pm on Nov. 3, 2023. Grande Prairie RCMP are worried for his well-being and would like to speak with him.

Carter is described as:

  • Medium complexion;
  • 6 feet 2 inches tall;
  • 170 pounds;
  • Brown hair;
  • Brown eyes; and
  • Last seen wearing two hoodies, a purple t-shirt, grey cargo pants, red sandals and a tan tuque.
