Release from Peace Regional RCMP
Peace River, Alta. – On Oct. 19, 2023, at approximately 1:10 a.m. while on proactive patrols, Peace Regional RCMP located damage to the front doors to a business in the area of 94 Street, Peace River; shortly after an alarm notification was received from the business.
The suspect was not located, despite extensive patrols.
Surveillance was obtained and RCMP are seeking public assistance to identify the suspect who entered the business and stole items from inside. RCMP also request for community members to review their footage from dashcams, home and business footage in the area, then contact RCMP should you believe your footage may be meaningful to the investigation.
The suspect is described as:
Average build
Wearing a black ball cap, black and white ECKO sweater, blue gloves, grey sweatpants and mask
This file is still under active investigation.
