It seems like 2023 has just started, and today begins Wildfire Season.
Officials are wondering a little bit with lack of snowfall in November, and the above-average weather and temperatures in the first half of February.
Fire season runs from March 1st to October 31st.
Victoria Ostendorf is the Wildfire Information Officer in the High Level Forest District.
