Alberta Agriculture and Forestry (AF) has updated its Organic Lamb fact-sheet.
The newly-revised 12-page publication discusses a variety of areas.
They include regulations, certification, starting production, building your business, market opportunities, converting a flock to organic production, parasites, and much more.
The sheet itself can be viewed on the Alberta Agriculture and Forestry website.
To obtain a hard copy, Albertans can order one using an online form, or by calling 780-427-0391.
