This weekends headliner was Dawson Grey and his new single “Chevy Back.” Dawson broke out on the scene with his single “One Is Gonna Hurt” which was our River Country Supernova Artist of the Month back in September and was top 40 at Canadian country radio. Dawson had a big 2025 including a 90 minute set at the CCMA festivities, opened for Dasha on her Canadian tour and 2026 kicked off well opening for High Valley for their BC dates and embarking on his own tour.
Dawson talked to us about his new single, what it was like to open for Dasha and High Valley and the difference between opening for the two. Dawson discusses the new song and product placement in songs as well.
