The trailer is out for The Iron Claw which will star Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White and Lily James which centres around the Von Erich family. The movie will look at the Von Erich family curse which had taken the lives of family members at young ages. The film is written and directed by Canadian Sean Durkin, which will also feature some prominent wrestlers in roles like Chavo Guerrero Jr. as The Sheik, and AEW wrestlers Maxwell Jacob Friedman as Lance Von Erich and Ryan Nemeth as Gino Hernandez.
The official plot is, “The true story of the inseparable Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. Through tragedy and triumph, under the shadow of their domineering father and coach, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports.”
It is set to hit theatres December 22nd
