This weekend on Rising Stars the headliner was Tilly Grace. Tilly is a singer-songwriter from Sudbury, ON who brought us the headlining song “Pretty, Girl.” People may remember Tilly from her song “Summertime Cliche” playing on the show before. The singer-songwriter is a proud mother of one and is looking to make her way in the Canadian country music scene with this sophomore radio release bringing pop-country vibes.
The song “Pretty, Girl” was written along side past headliner Jessica Sole, with a funny story as to how the writers room got cut down with guys not understanding how they were approaching the song. With her unique voice and heartwarming lyrics, Tilly Grace is captivating hearts and leaving listeners eagerly anticipating what’s next.
