This weekend on River Country Rising Stars the show was headliner by Paige Rutledge. Paige is a singer-songwriter from Oakville, ON who rocks rhinestones on his outfits and guitar. She continues to make a name for herself in southern Ontario and on that scene. Paige was a finalist in Lucknow’s Music in the Fields Emerging Artist Showdown, headlined Yonge and Dundas Square, and opened for Walker Hayes at Thunder Bay’s Country On The Bay summer festival.
Paige recently put out the song “Used This” which can be seen as a single girl anthem, celebrating being single and having fun. It was written as a fun break up song, as opposed to the sad break up tracks in country music. Find out more about Paige and her new song below.
