This weekends headliner on River Country Rising Stars was none other than Delta Sweet and his new song “Outta Money, Outta Mind.” Delta Sweet is is none other than Patrick Kordyback, the front man of Stereos, a pop-rock band that was known for hits like “Summer Girl,” “Throw Ya Hands Up” that dominated the airwaves in Canada from 2009-2011. While Stereos have reunited Pat is looking for his own solo success in what is really his 3rd attempt at country music. Patrick is from Edmonton and a JUNO award winner (with Stereos).
Delta Sweet’s debut radio single is one that was produced by Dan Davidson, a person who has followed a similar path as Patrick has. While talking to Patrick about the single, we discussed his start, if fans of Stereos have followed over to the new project as well as if he got advice from Dan about the transition, as they have had similar paths.
