This weekend on Rising Stars the show was headlined by Allison Daniels and her amazing new song “We Both Know.” Allison is from Quebec and is signed to 604 Records, the label founded by Chad Kroeger of Nickelback fame, who is making her radio debut with “We Both Know.” Allison was actually a quarter-finalist on La Voix, which is a French-Canadian version of The Voice. Allison is set to be added to the growing list of country talent coming out of Quebec like Matt Lang and fellow emerging artists such as Brittany Kennel (past headliner), Lydia Sutherland and Five Roses.
Allison has described the new song,“’We Both Know’ is a heartfelt song inspired by my own love story, capturing the unique moments of a relationship that began in our youth. At first sight, the only thing we knew about our relationship is that we had never felt this way before.”
In the interview we discussed how see found country music and her decision to pursue it as a career, country music growth in Quebec as well as her time on La Voix alongside her new song “We Both Know.”
