Harrison Ford made an appearance on Conan O’Brien’s “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” podcast, he wasn’t to impressed with the former late night hosts’ interview notes that he saw, calling out his research he does for his show. This came after a Conan pointing out something it said in his notes, and Ford didn’t take to well to seeing it said Harrison Ford – Han Solo in the notes, as it is one of his most famous roles.

I am someone who does a lot of research when I get to interview people, even being complimented on it by many, but even I make a note like Conan had. Though with me the guests don’t usually see my notes. So I see it from both sides.

Here is what was said:

“My father was Irish, Irish. No German.” – Ford

“OK, I refer you to this piece of paper right here that says born and raised in Chicago to an Irish/German father.”  – O’Brien

“If that’s the quality of your research, which I imagine it is, because right there it says ‘Harrison Ford’ and then you had to write down ‘Han Solo.’” – Ford .

“Yeah I did.” – O’Brien

“You can’t (Expletive) remember that?” – Ford.

“I remember Chewbacca. I remember the bad guy with the black helmet. And then, there’s some people.” – O’Brien

“How come you’re not still on television?” – Ford.

“I think it’s quite obvious why I’m not still on television.”  – O’Brien
