Cotton Candy came out on top today! It was honestly a close matchup, it won by only two votes, so corndogs definitely have their fans out there. I was surprised both times I have done these matchups. My guess has been wrong on day 1 when it was between burgers and candy/caramel apples. Burgers came out on top and now cotton candy comes out on top when I thought it would be corndogs.
Now we have mini doughnuts vs. fries which should be an interesting one. My guess this time is mini doughnuts, but I have others in the studio telling me that it might turn out to be fries. So, now I just have to play the waiting game. Mini doughnuts are a carnival staple they sell them by the bucket, for crying out loud, but fries are just good food all around. You can have them with ketchup, or gravy and cheese…or anything in between. Stay tuned for Tuesday when we find out.
