During the marathon playoff game between the Hurricanes and Panthers, they were running out of things to talk about as the game went to a 8th period or 4 OTs and was 14 seconds away from a 5th. At some point during the intermission coverages Paul Bissonnette aka Biz Nasty decided to reference the Oilers when talking about the need for depth down the line up. Biz turned to Wayne and said “I don’t want to hurt any feelings about the Oilers Wayne,” but the Great One wasn’t having any of it turning fire saying “You got guys in Toronto that are on milk cartons” referencing the poor output and performances from the Leafs’ Core 4.
The Great One Wayne Gretzky wasn’t taking any cheap shots at his former team, when there were better replacements for Biz’s point.
