Ice Jam watches are continuing for the Lower Smoky River and the Peace River, as snowmelt continues. At this point, there are no current flood risks.

The town of Peace River is searching for a new CAO as Barb Millar is no longer in the position.
Kayla Parsons is the new interim CAO, while the town looks for a permanent replacement.
The Provincial Government has earmarked nearly a million dollars to the Peace River School Division, which support the North Peace Commercial Driving Academy.
The Industry Achievement Grant will help power the Youth Commercial Driver Pathway, a project that enhances training, recruitment, and retention of Class 1 and Class 3 drivers in northern and rural Alberta.
The hamlet of La Crete is inviting residents to share information on their Area Structure Plan.
