This past weekend the show was headlined by Angelica Appelman and her new single “Half Hearted.” This is Angelica’s second time as a headliner on the show, her first dating back to when she released “Ringtone.” So we made sure to catch up with the singer-songwriter from Ontario.
Angelica discusses what all she has been up to since we had her as a headliner, as well as finding the balance of writing personal songs but making them more relatable than to just being about herself. She also discusses where “Half Hearted” came from and why she wanted to cut and release it. Angelica also was visiting Alberta for a performance or two in Edmonton and has some plans for 2026.
