This weekends headliner on Rising Stars was Robyn Ashley. Robyn is an emerging talent from Edmonton and has recently a put out her debut radio single “Chasing Red Lights.” Robyn was the CCMA Ultimate Fan winner back in 2022, which is where I first met her, and a few years later has begun releasing her own music.
In the conversation with Robyn we discussed her start in music, her musical theatre background as well as her being the CCMA Ultimate fan with her friend and if that inspired or helped her launch her music career. We also discussed her new debut radio single “Chasing Red Lights” and where the song originated and what led to this being her debut single to radio.
