The Town of Peace River is inviting developers and investors to submit Expressions of Interest for the redevelopment of a key downtown property. The site, located at 10034 – 100 Street and formerly known as Juliette’s Place, was destroyed by fire and is now being offered as a fresh opportunity for revitalization.
To encourage proposals, the Town has set the purchase price at just one dollar, unless an alternative is proposed. Officials say they are open to a wide range of ideas, with priority given to projects that align with long-term community goals.
Interested parties are encouraged to come forward with creative concepts as the Town looks to bring new life to the space.
