Golden Globe Winners

gg_date-announce-2026-nikki-glaser_16x9

Last night was the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, a precursor to the Academy Awards aka the Oscars. The Globes celebrates both movies and television and is ran by the Hollywood Foreign Press. While I wasn’t able to watch it or see the hosting job done by Nikki Glaser, I’m sure it had some stand out moments.

Heading into the awards the most nominated movie was One Battle After Another with 9 and for television it was The White Lotus with 6. One Battle After Another would take home 4 making it the most awarded of the night for film, while Adolescence would take home the most on the TV side with 4 (out 5 nominations). White Lotus despite the 6 nominations left empty handed.
