This weekend on River Country Rising Stars the headliner was Beamer Wigley and his new single “Messed Up.” Beamer is a talent you may see performing but not just at Beamer Wigley shows but he can often be seen performing with other singers in a guitarist role, for the likes of Martina Dawn, Amanda Couture and at times Brayden King. Born in Kingston, ON but raised in BC and now calls Alberta home makes gigs a lot easier to come by as well as a lot cheaper on fuel. Beamer was crowned the most recent winner of Ranchman’s Rising Star contest, which includes playing Country Thunder Alberta.
“Messed Up marks the first new single from Beamer in 4 years !?!?! That’s right, Beamer was dealing with a conflict with his sound and the direction he wanted to go with, which happens from time to time with artists. The new single blends rock, country, and groove. Evolving into a captivating storyteller, he inspires with energetic anthems and heartfelt ballads. Committed to authenticity, he aims to empower globally through genuine artistry.
