The focus lately for Wine Wednesday has been Red Wine. With that in mind, we decided to head a different direction this week.
The bottle of white that Kelly at Barrel Wine ‘n’ Spirits picked out for us… fantastic.
Honestly, I was worried I wouldn’t like it. I used to like Sauvignon Blanc wines, but have found that my tastes have drifted quite far away from white wines.
This one brings it back. It also comes with an interesting story!
Airfield Estates was used for a flight school during World War II.
20 plus years later, they turned the land into a vineyard.
