We covered many pork related topics including a federal and provincial program made for producers that had to hold back market-ready pigs in early February to late March, rare swine flu variants popping up in Western Canada and why the market price for pork has jumped up compared to last year.
Fitzgerald also brought up the three main things in Canada and Alberta for pork producing are revenue, expenses and image.
